Diese Faktoren sind f\u00fcr viele von uns ein starker Grund, jeden Tag zur Arbeit zu gehen. Viele haben jedoch erkannt, dass diese externen Motivatoren oft nur eine begrenzte Lebensdauer haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Jahr kann eine lange Zeitspanne sein. Zwischen den j\u00e4hrlichen \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen k\u00f6nnen zahllose Herausforderungen auftauchen, von denen einige wie eine \"Mission Impossible\" erscheinen m\u00f6gen. Herausforderungen tauchen manchmal unerwartet, zuf\u00e4llig und schnell auf, \u00e4hnlich wie Pilze nach einem Regen.<br><br>Deshalb glaube ich fest an die Kraft der intrinsischen Motivation - der Selbstmotivation. Ich werde oft gefragt, was mich antreibt. Praktisches Lernen war schon immer der Kern meiner Inspiration. Ich habe meine ersten Jahre im \"Back Office\" der Citibank verbracht und mich bem\u00fcht, jeden Prozess zu verstehen.<br><br>Wenn ich das Gef\u00fchl habe, dass ich in meinem Job nichts Neues lerne, wende ich mich heute interaktiven, spielerischen Online-Kursen auf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coursera.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Coursera<\/a>. Dieser Durst, st\u00e4ndig auf pers\u00f6nlicher Ebene zu lernen, h\u00e4lt mich motiviert, egal, was auf mich zukommt.<br><br>An alle kundenerfahrenen Relationship Manager da drau\u00dfen - ich bin \u00fcberzeugt, dass unsere Lernreise nie wirklich endet. Je \u00e4lter wir werden und je mehr graue Haare wir bekommen, desto besser k\u00f6nnen wir mit herausfordernden Situationen umgehen, vor allem, wenn Kunden Unm\u00f6gliches verlangen.
