Ausserdem verhilft sie Branchenf\u00fchrern in der heutigen schnelllebigen und sich st\u00e4ndig ver\u00e4ndernden Gesch\u00e4ftswelt zum Erfolg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kodak, einst dominierender Akteur der Fotobranche, musste sich auf den Aufstieg der Digitalfotografie einstellen. Statt auf die <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/90-jahre-telex-mein-erster-bote-wahrend-der-ausbildung\/\">neue Technologie<\/a>\u00a0zu setzen, hielt Kodak an den traditionellen Produkten auf Filmbasis fest und verlor am Ende Marktanteile an Digitalkamerahersteller wie <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/wachstumspotenziale-in-der-vermogensverwaltung-erschliesen-das-power-duo-des-talent-brandings\/\">Canon und Nikon<\/a>. Kodak meldete 2012 Konkurs an - ein deutliches Beispiel daf\u00fcr, was passieren kann, wenn ein Unternehmen es vers\u00e4umt, innovativ zu sein und sich an neue Technologien anzupassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei der Innovation geht es nicht nur darum, neue Produkte oder Dienstleistungen zu entwickeln, sondern auch darum, sich st\u00e4ndig zu verbessern, sich anzupassen und der Zeit voraus zu sein. Unternehmen m\u00fcssen innovativ sein, um nicht irrelevant zu werden und Marktanteile an vorausschauendere Wettbewerber zu verlieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im heutigen Gesch\u00e4ftsumfeld ist Innovation f\u00fcr das \u00dcberleben unerl\u00e4sslich.
