W\u00e4hrend fr\u00fcher die Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen im Vordergrund stand, m\u00fcssen sich die Privatbankiers heute mit einem immer gr\u00f6sseren Verwaltungsaufwand auseinandersetzen, der sie daran hindert, echte Beziehungen zu ihren verm\u00f6genden Kunden aufzubauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieser Kulturwandel ist zum Teil aufgrund von aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen und internen Berichtslinien erforderlich. Es liegt jedoch auch im Interesse der Bankmanager, eine intensive Bindung zwischen dem Private-Banking-Kunden und dem Privatbankier zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In diesem Umfeld kann es f\u00fcr einige Banker seltsam sein, sich als echte Kundenbetreuer zu bezeichnen. Dies ist jedoch eine hervorragende Gelegenheit f\u00fcr unabh\u00e4ngige Verm\u00f6gensverwalter, die sich auf die Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen konzentrieren und eine <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/swiss-independent-wealth-management-blog\/vermogensverwalter\/personlicher-service-in-der-vermogensverwaltung\/\">Pers\u00f6nlicher Ansatz<\/a>. Indem sie zusammenarbeiten, um bessere Unterst\u00fctzung zu bieten, k\u00f6nnen sie die Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Ziele ihrer wohlhabenden Kunden immer besser verstehen. Ich bezeichne es gerne als <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/tag\/future-of-private-banking\/\">Private Banking 2.0<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die grunds\u00e4tzliche Frage, die im Raum steht, lautet jedoch: Wenn die Banken aufh\u00f6ren, Kundenbetreuer mit traditionellen Sozialisierungsf\u00e4higkeiten zu kultivieren, wer wird dann die jagenden Kundenbetreuer \u201eproduzieren\u201c, die typischerweise in die unabh\u00e4ngige Verm\u00f6gensverwaltungsbranche wechseln?
