Um dies zu erreichen, m\u00fcssen wir unsere F\u00e4higkeiten und unser Wissen st\u00e4ndig weiterentwickeln, um \u00fcber Branchentrends, Vorschriften und bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es liegt zwar in der Verantwortung der Organisationen, laufende Schulungen und <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/vertrauen-und-beziehungen-im-modernen-bankwesen\/\">Entwicklungsm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/a>\u00a0bereitzustellen, liegt es auch an uns als Mitarbeitenden, in den eigenen Erfolg zu investieren. Im heutigen, sich rasch wandelnden Umfeld ist Eigenverantwortung f\u00fcr Lernen und Entwicklung entscheidend, um auf dem Arbeitsmarkt wettbewerbsf\u00e4hig zu bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investitionen in die berufliche Entwicklung k\u00f6nnen viele Formen annehmen.
