Im Laufe meiner Karriere hatte ich das Gl\u00fcck, mit Kundenstammdaten zu arbeiten, die wertvolle Einblicke in die Dynamik zwischen Kundenbetreuern und ihren Kunden bieten. Eine meiner besonders faszinierenden Analysen war der Vergleich der <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/vermogensverwaltung-alter-vs-erfahrung\/\">Durchschnittsalter<\/a> der Kundenbetreuer mit denen ihrer Kunden zu vergleichen. Wie nicht anders zu erwarten, zeigte sich, dass die Kundenbetreuer tendenziell etwas j\u00fcnger sind als die Kunden, die sie betreuen. Diese Beobachtung gilt f\u00fcr verschiedene Sektoren, einschlie\u00dflich meiner Erfahrung im Private Banking und <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/uhnwi-vs-hnwi\/\">Verm\u00f6gensverwaltung<\/a>. W\u00e4hrend die Banken den Schwerpunkt auf die \u00dcberbr\u00fcckung der Altersl\u00fccke legen, verfolgen die Verm\u00f6gensverwalter in der Regel einen anderen Ansatz, der von der Einstellung gepr\u00e4gt ist, dass der Ruhestand gleichbedeutend mit dem Ende des Spiels ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Tat ist es verlockend, sich ausschlie\u00dflich auf die aktive Phase unseres Berufslebens und die entsprechende Generation zu konzentrieren. Dabei k\u00f6nnten wir \u00fcbersehen, wie wichtig es ist, sich auf die n\u00e4chste Generation einzulassen und sie zu verstehen, die in einer ganz anderen Sprache kommuniziert, um etwas \u00fcber den Ruhestand hinaus zu schaffen. Die \"zur\u00fcckgebliebenen Kunden\" zeigen jedoch gro\u00dfes Verst\u00e4ndnis, wenn sie an einen Bankberater zur\u00fcckgegeben werden. Schlie\u00dflich ist auch der Hausarzt des Vertrauens zu diesem Zeitpunkt in Rente gegangen. Der Verm\u00f6gensaufbau endet, und der Einzelne geht dazu \u00fcber, von den Zinsertr\u00e4gen seiner Anlagen zu leben. Diese Strategie ist nat\u00fcrlich eine Dienstleistung, die jede Bank mit unterschiedlichem Erfolg anbieten kann, und es gibt immer noch die beliebten \"Kassenobligationen\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-building-a-multi-generational-legacy-in-wealth-management\">Aufbau eines Mehrgenerationen-Verm\u00e4chtnisses im Wealth Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inzwischen ist die<a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/nachfolge-vermogensmanagement-team\/\"> n\u00e4chste Generation<\/a> bahnt sich seinen Weg und erforscht neuartige Finanzl\u00f6sungen, die \u00fcber die Grenzen der traditionellen Institutionen hinausgehen und kein Facebook-Profil erfordern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich halte es f\u00fcr eine verpasste Chance, wenn sich ein Gr\u00fcnder ausschlie\u00dflich auf eine einzige Generation konzentriert und dabei das Potenzial vernachl\u00e4ssigt, einen Verm\u00f6gensverwalter aufzubauen, der \u00fcber mehrere Generationen hinweg Bestand hat. Wir brauchen nur zu den renommierten Genfer Bankh\u00e4usern aufzuschauen, die durch ihre F\u00e4higkeit, die Zeit zu \u00fcberdauern, Weltruhm erlangt haben. Ich hoffe aufrichtig, dass Verm\u00f6gensverwalter, die von Ehrgeiz und Weitsicht angetrieben werden, die Aufgabe des Verm\u00e4chtnisses \u00fcbernehmen, indem sie die nachfolgenden Generationen konsequent f\u00f6rdern und ausbilden, um als <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/der-mensch\/\">Beziehungsmanager<\/a> auf Seiten der Kunden.
