Mein Blickwinkel ist von der anderen Seite der Mauer: Wer wird nach zehn Jahren noch mit Namen angesprochen, welche Beziehungen \u00fcberleben ein schwieriges Jahr und welche? <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/privatbankiers-verlieren-kunden\/\">In Ruhe weitergehen<\/a>. Das Muster brauchte eine Weile, bis man es erkennen konnte, und wenn man es einmal gesehen hatte, war es schwer, es wieder zu \u00fcbersehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich habe es lange als Marktaufnahme interpretiert. Wer die Sprache spricht, bedient die Region. Ich denke jetzt, es ist einfacher und pers\u00f6nlicher. Kunden verhandeln in einer Sprache und sorgen sich in einer anderen. Honorare, Strukturen und <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/erklarung-des-diskretionaren-anlageauftrags\/\">Mandate<\/a> Sie geh\u00f6ren zur Gesch\u00e4ftssprache. Nachfolge, Krankheit, Entt\u00e4uschung und <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/die-nachste-generation-schaut-bereits-zu\/\">Kinder<\/a> Sie geh\u00f6ren zu der Sprache, in der man aufgewachsen ist. Der Banker, der diese Wechselbeziehung nachvollziehen kann, ist <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/privatbankiers-aufgepasst\/\">Geschenk f\u00fcr das zweite Gespr\u00e4ch<\/a> \u2014 und die zweite Konversation entscheidet dar\u00fcber, ob die Beziehung Bestand hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-the-mother-tongue-and-our-hiring-logic\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Muttersprache und unsere Einstellung zu Stellenbewerbern<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und genau da liegt unser <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/gehalt-unabhangiger-vermogensverwalter\/\">Arbeitsplatzlogik<\/a> Es wird unangenehm. Wir rekrutieren Sprachen als Deckungsmaterial, listen sie in den Profilen neben den Qualifikationen auf und behandeln sie als kommerzielles Gut. Aber das Moment, der z\u00e4hlt, ist \u00fcberhaupt nicht kommerziell. Es ist der Moment, in dem ein Kunde die Kompetenz nicht mehr erbringt und etwas unpr\u00e4zises sagt \u2013 in den ersten Worten. In seiner dritten Sprache tut niemand das.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-a-second-effect-having-moved-countries-once\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein zweiter Effekt: Nachdem man das Land gewechselt hat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es gibt einen zweiten Effekt, der erw\u00e4hnenswert ist. Wer schon einmal in andere L\u00e4nder gezogen ist, weiss etwas \u00fcber Kunden, die das Gleiche gemacht haben \u2013 wie es sich anf\u00fchlt, <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/grenzuberschreitende-compliance-in-der-schweizer-vermogensverwaltung\/\">Aktiva an einem Ort zu halten und sie an einem anderen Ort zu besitzen<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-why-the-mother-tongue-matters-in-long-term-client-relationships\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum die Muttersprache in langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen von Bedeutung ist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr die meisten Kunden ist dies selten eine Frage der Bequemlichkeit. Stattdessen ist es oft die Muttersprache, an der das Vertrauen sichtbar wird. Schliesslich spielen bei der \u00dcbertragung der Erbschaft, der Gesundheit oder der Zukunft der Kinder der Familien die genauen Zahlen weniger eine Rolle als das Gef\u00fchl, verstanden zu werden. Aus diesem Grund ist eine <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/was-ein-unabhangiger-vermogensverwalter-hinzufugt\/\">unabh\u00e4ngiger Verm\u00f6gensverwalter<\/a> Wer die Muttersprache seiner Privatbanker sch\u00e4tzt, gewinnt mehr als eine regionale Ausrichtung. Ausserdem neigen Kunden dazu, schwierige Themen fr\u00fcher anzusprechen. Dadurch hat der Banker Zeit, sich vorzubereiten.
