Fast niemand beschreibt es als Problem der <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/transaktionsbank-fur-unabhangige-vermogensverwalter\/\">Transaktionsbank<\/a> selbst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Private Banker sagte mir k\u00fcrzlich: \u00abWir stehen von beiden Seiten unter Druck. Von unten durch die Neobanken. Von oben durch euch unabh\u00e4ngige Verm\u00f6gensverwalter.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er hat recht, dass etwas dr\u00fcckt. Ich sehe die Richtung aber anders. Der Druck kommt weder von oben noch von unten \u2013 er sitzt in der Mitte, bei der Transaktionsbank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-why-the-squeeze-from-below-still-works\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum der Druck von unten weiterhin wirkt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Anbieter von unten m\u00fcssen nicht exzellent sein. Tats\u00e4chlich bieten <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/fintech-auswirkungen-auf-banken-vermogensverwaltung\/\">Neobanken<\/a> nur eingeschr\u00e4nkten Service, keine lokale Tiefe und keine pers\u00f6nliche Beziehung \u2013 und ver\u00e4ndern dennoch, was Kunden als normal empfinden. Diese Verschiebung endet zudem nicht bei einer bestimmten Verm\u00f6gensh\u00f6he, weshalb <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/unabhangige-vermogensverwaltung-groste-auswahl\/\">der R\u00fcckzug ins gehobene Segment<\/a> kein echtes Entkommen bietet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-independent-wealth-managers-are-a-mirror-not-a-threat\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unabh\u00e4ngige Verm\u00f6gensverwalter sind ein Spiegel, keine Bedrohung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Druck \u00abvon oben\u00bb sind eigentlich auch nicht wir. Wir haben keine Bilanz und betreiben keine Zahlungsinfrastruktur. Wir sind eher ein Spiegel: Sobald ein Kunde vergleichen kann, merkt er, wo das Erlebnis aus einer anderen Zeit stammt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vertrauen, Diskretion und Beratung z\u00e4hlen im gehobenen Segment nach wie vor. Was sich ge\u00e4ndert hat, ist einfacher \u2013 Kunden akzeptieren nicht mehr <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/mythen-des-digitalen-vermogensmanagements\/\">digitale Reibung<\/a> als Preis f\u00fcr eine pers\u00f6nliche Beziehung. Zum Beispiel: <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/onboarding-erfahrung-vertraute-berge\/\">Onboarding<\/a> , das Wochen dauert, <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/swiss-independent-wealth-management-blog\/vorteil-der-offenen-plattform-unabhangige-vermogensverwaltung\/konsolidierte-berichterstattung-unabhangige-vermogensverwaltung\/\">Reporting<\/a> , das als PDF ankommt, Daten, die von Hand zwischen <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/crm-core-unabhangige-vermogensverwalter-schweiz\/\">Systemen<\/a>\u00a0\u00fcbertragen werden. So kommt es beim Kunden an \u2013 wie stark die Beratung drumherum auch sein mag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-the-hardest-project-in-the-industry\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das schwerste Projekt der Branche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das ist keine Frage des Wollens. In vielen Banken arbeiten Menschen seit Jahren an diesen Themen \u2013 gegen <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/was-halt-das-schweizer-vermogensmanagement-zuruck\/\">alte Systeme<\/a> und knappe Budgets. Eine Transaktionsbank neu aufzubauen, bleibt zudem eines der schwierigsten Projekte der Branche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Aufgabe tragen wir nicht, weil uns diese Ebene nicht geh\u00f6rt. Stattdessen w\u00e4hlen wir Partner f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/schlusselfaktoren-bei-der-auswahl-einer-depotbank\/\">Verwahrung<\/a>, Reporting und Technologie aus und wechseln sie, wenn es bessere gibt. Das ist kein Verdienst, sondern folgt einfach aus unserer Gr\u00f6sse. Und Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit hat ihren eigenen Preis: keine Bilanz, keine Kredite, weniger Skaleneffekte. Das geh\u00f6rt in jeden ehrlichen Vergleich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-advice-or-infrastructure\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beratung oder Infrastruktur?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das wirft auf beiden Seiten eine Frage auf: Wie viel von dem, was Kunden heute erleben, ist Beratung, und wie viel davon ist <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/it-infrastruktur-unabhangige-vermogensverwalter-gegenuber-traditionellen-banken\/\">Infrastruktur<\/a>?<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Swiss private banking is under pressure, but the pressure is often described in the wrong place.
