Fast niemand beschreibt ihn als Problem einer Transaktionsbank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Privatbankier sagte mir k\u00fcrzlich: \u201cWir stehen von beiden Seiten unter Druck. Von unten durch die Neobanken. Von oben durch Sie, die unabh\u00e4ngigen Verm\u00f6gensverwalter.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er hat Recht, dass etwas dr\u00fcckt. Ich sehe die Richtung jedoch anders. Der Druck kommt weder von oben noch von unten \u2013 er sitzt in der Mitte, in der Transaktionsbank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-why-the-squeeze-from-below-still-works\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum die Erpressung von unten immer noch funktioniert<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die untenstehenden Anbieter m\u00fcssen nicht exzellent sein. Tats\u00e4chlich <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/fintech-auswirkungen-auf-banken-vermogensverwaltung\/\">Neobanken<\/a> einen eingeschr\u00e4nkten Service, keine lokale Tiefe und keine pers\u00f6nliche Beziehung bieten und dennoch ver\u00e4ndern, was Kunden als normal ansehen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus macht diese Verschiebung nicht bei einem bestimmten Verm\u00f6gensniveau Halt, weshalb <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/unabhangige-vermogensverwaltung-groste-auswahl\/\">weitere Schritte im gehobenen Marktsegment<\/a> Es gibt kein echtes Entkommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-independent-wealth-managers-are-a-mirror-not-a-threat\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unabh\u00e4ngige Verm\u00f6gensverwalter sind ein Spiegel, keine Bedrohung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Druck \u201cvon oben\u201d sind im Grunde auch wir nicht. Schlie\u00dflich f\u00fchren wir keine Bilanz und betreiben keine Zahlungsabwicklung. Stattdessen sind wir eher ein Spiegel: Sobald ein Kunde vergleichen kann, merkt er, wo das Erlebnis aus einer anderen \u00c4ra stammt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vertrauen, Diskretion und Beratung z\u00e4hlen im gehobenen Segment nach wie vor. Was sich ge\u00e4ndert hat, ist einfacher \u2013 Kunden akzeptieren nicht mehr <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/mythen-des-digitalen-vermogensmanagements\/\">digitale Reibung<\/a> als Preis f\u00fcr eine pers\u00f6nliche Beziehung. Zum Beispiel: <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/onboarding-erfahrung-vertraute-berge\/\">Onboarding<\/a> Das dauert Wochen., <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/konsolidierte-vermogensberichterstattung\/\">Berichterstattung<\/a> das als PDF ankommt, und die Daten werden manuell eingegeben zwischen <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/crm-core-unabhangige-vermogensverwalter-schweiz\/\">Systeme<\/a>. So gelangt es zum Kunden, egal wie gut der Rat dazu ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-the-hardest-project-in-the-industry\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das schwerste Projekt der Branche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dies ist keine Frage des Wollens. In vielen Banken arbeiten die Menschen seit Jahren an diesen Themen, entgegen <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/was-halt-das-schweizer-vermogensmanagement-zuruck\/\">alte Systeme<\/a> und knappen Budgets. Dar\u00fcber hinaus bleibt der Neufau einer Transaktionsbank eines der schwierigsten Projekte in der Branche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir f\u00fchren diese Aufgabe nicht aus, da wir diese Ebene nicht besitzen. Stattdessen w\u00e4hlen wir Partner aus f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/schlusselfaktoren-bei-der-auswahl-einer-depotbank\/\">Gewahrsam<\/a>, Berichterstattung und Technologie, und wir \u00e4ndern sie, wenn bessere auftauchen. Das ist kein Verdienst, sondern ergibt sich einfach aus unserer Gr\u00f6\u00dfe. Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit ihren eigenen Preis: keine Bilanz, keine Kreditvergabe, geringere Skalierung.
