Ich glaube trotzdem daran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All-in-one-Plattformen versprechen Einfachheit, schaffen aber in der Praxis neue Einschr\u00e4nkungen. Compliance ben\u00f6tigt andere Funktionalit\u00e4ten als das Portfoliomanagement. Relationship Manager ben\u00f6tigen eine andere Sichtweise. Operations, Risikomanagement und das Management ben\u00f6tigen jeweils eigene Werkzeuge, Workflows und Zugriffsrechte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Ziel sollte also nicht darin bestehen, ein einziges perfektes System zu finden. Es sollte darum gehen, den richtigen Daten-Hub zu bauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein starkes <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/it-infrastruktur-unabhangige-vermogensverwalter-gegenuber-traditionellen-banken\/\">Finanzdienstleistungs-Datentr\u00e4ger<\/a> fungiert als zentrale Wahrheitsquelle. Kundendaten, Portfolios, Transaktionen, Dokumente und <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/verordnung-uber-den-zugang-zu-finanzdaten-fida-vermogensverwaltung\/\">Compliance-Aufzeichnungen<\/a> leben in einer zuverl\u00e4ssigen, gut verwalteten Struktur. Unterschiedliche Anwendungen sitzen dann darauf, je nach Benutzer und Aufgabe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compliance sieht, was Compliance braucht. Portfoliomanager erhalten relevante Investmentdaten. Kundenberater arbeiten in einem CRM, das auf Kundeninteraktion ausgerichtet ist. Jedes Team nutzt spezialisierte Software, w\u00e4hrend die zugrunde liegenden Daten konsistent bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dies ist umso wichtiger in <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/ki-in-der-vermogensverwaltung\/\">Das Zeitalter der KI<\/a>. KI-Tools sind nur so gut wie die Daten, auf die sie zugreifen k\u00f6nnen. Fragmentierte, duplizierte oder schlecht strukturierte Daten liefern schwache Ergebnisse, egal wie fortschrittlich die Software aussieht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das erinnert mich an meine Anf\u00e4nge bei der Citicorp Private Bank. Wir arbeiteten mit einem st\u00f6rrischen Mainframe \u2014 nicht flexibel, nicht sch\u00f6n, aber die Datenqualit\u00e4t war ausgezeichnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vielleicht ist die moderne Version dieses Mainframes der Datenknotenpunkt selbst: stabil im Zentrum, flexibel an der Oberfl\u00e4che.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anstatt alle paar Jahre ganze Plattformen zu ersetzen, k\u00f6nnten Institutionen die Softwareschicht anpassen und dabei die Qualit\u00e4t, Geschichte und Kontinuit\u00e4t ihrer Daten sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hier ist also meine Frage: brauchen wir ein besseres All-in-One-System oder nur ein besseres <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/bank-die-ihre-daten-sammelt\/\">Datenbasis<\/a>?<\/p>\n<div class=\"wps-pgfw-pdf-generate-icon__wrapper-frontend pgfw-icon-display pgfw-icon-display--default\" style=\"--pgfw-icon-justify:;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/16899?action=genpdf&#038;id=16899\" class=\"pgfw-single-pdf-download-button pgfw-single-pdf-download-button--default pgfw-single-pdf-download-button--image-only pgfw-single-pdf-download-button--icon-only\" title=\"PDF generieren\" style=\"--pgfw-icon-width:25px;--pgfw-icon-height:45px;\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"PDF generieren\"><span class=\"pgfw-single-pdf-download-button__media\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><img src=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/pdf-svgrepo-com.svg\" alt=\"\" decoding=\"async\"><\/span><\/a><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve written before that the perfect combination of CRM and portfolio management probably doesn&#8217;t exist. I still believe it. All-in-one platforms promise simplicity, but in practice they create new limitations. Compliance needs different functionality from portfolio management. Relationship managers need another view. Operations, risk and management each require their own tools, workflows and access rights. So the goal shouldn&#8217;t be finding one perfect system. It should be building the right data hub. A strong financial services data hub acts as the central source of truth. Client data, portfolios, transactions, documents and compliance records live in one reliable, well-governed structure. Different applications then sit on top of it, depending on the user and the task. Compliance sees what compliance needs. Portfolio managers get the relevant investment data. Relationship managers work in a CRM built around client interaction. Each team uses specialised software, while the underlying data stays consistent. This matters even more in the age of AI. AI tools are only as good as the data they can reach. Fragmented, duplicated or poorly structured data produces weak results, no matter how advanced the software looks. It reminds me of my early days at Citicorp Private Bank.
