Die Disziplin war real. Das Training war streng, die Standards waren hoch und die Einblicke waren wirklich beeindruckend. Man lernt, in M\u00e4rkten, in Strukturen, in Risiko zu denken. Dieses Fundament ist mir geblieben, und ich untersch\u00e4tze den Wert dieser Jahre nicht. Aber je l\u00e4nger ich dort arbeitete, desto klarer sah ich die strukturelle Realit\u00e4t hinter einem bestimmten Konzept: eigene Produkte vs. offene Architektur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Beziehungsmanager, mit denen ich eng zusammengearbeitet habe, waren talentierte, kundenorientierte Menschen. Sie sprachen fast wie in einem Mantra von offener Architektur. Die Idee war einfach und \u00fcberzeugend. Die beste L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr den Kunden sollte aus dem gesamten Markt kommen und nicht nur aus dem, was im internen Regal liegt. Sie glaubten daran, und dieser Glaube war aufrichtig. Ich konnte es daran sehen, wie sie versuchten, die Einschr\u00e4nkungen zu umgehen, wann immer es eine bessere externe L\u00f6sung gab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aber Glaube und Realit\u00e4t sind nicht immer dasselbe. Letztendlich war die Architektur nicht vollst\u00e4ndig offen. Es gab Einschr\u00e4nkungen, einige sichtbar und einige weniger. Interne Produkte. Bevorzugte Partnerschaften. Quartalsweise Priorit\u00e4ten. Der Rahmen pr\u00e4gte die Beratung, ob dies nun beabsichtigt war oder nicht. <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/die-banken-verlagern-den-wandel-von-der-offenen-architektur-zu-hauseigenen-produkten\/\">Der breitere Trend zur\u00fcck zu In-House-Produkten in der gesamten Branche<\/a> zeigt, dass dies keine isolierte Beobachtung, sondern ein struktureller Trend ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-house-products-vs-open-architecture-where-the-gap-actually-sits\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hausinterne Produkte vs. offene Architektur: Wo liegt die L\u00fccke tats\u00e4chlich<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Kluft liegt selten an der Absicht des einzelnen Beraters. Sie liegt eine Ebene h\u00f6her, in der Architektur des Unternehmens selbst. Selbst der kundenorientierteste Beziehungsmanager agiert in einem Umfeld, das bestimmte Verhaltensweisen belohnt und andere sanft entmutigt. <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/offene-architektur-vs-proprietare-plattformen\/\">Propriet\u00e4re Plattformen tendieren typischerweise zu ihren eigenen Produkten<\/a> aus Gr\u00fcnden, die weniger mit dem Kundennutzen als vielmehr mit Umsatzwirtschaft, Bilanzabstimmung und operativer Effizienz zusammenh\u00e4ngen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das macht die Berater nicht zynisch. Es schr\u00e4nkt sie ein. Viele der besten RM, mit denen ich zusammengearbeitet habe, waren sich dessen schmerzlich bewusst und entwickelten heimliche Umgehungsl\u00f6sungen, indem sie externe L\u00f6sungen empfahlen, wo sie konnten, und intern dort Widerstand leisteten, wo es wichtig war. Aber die strukturelle Schwerkraft des Unternehmens zog immer in eine Richtung. Mit der Zeit wurde die L\u00fccke zwischen dem, was sie liefern wollten, und dem, was die Architektur ihnen zu liefern erlaubte, auch f\u00fcr die Kunden offensichtlich, oft ohne dass jemand dies direkt benannte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese L\u00fccke blieb mir lange erhalten, nachdem ich gegangen war. Sie war zwar nicht der Grund, warum ich in die unabh\u00e4ngige Verm\u00f6gensverwaltung wechselte, aber sie pr\u00e4gte meine Vorstellung davon, wie die Arbeit aussehen k\u00f6nnte, wenn die Beschr\u00e4nkungen wegfallen. <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/offene-architektur-vermogensverwaltung-schweiz\/\">Echte offene Architektur im unabh\u00e4ngigen Schweizer Verm\u00f6gensmanagement<\/a> structurell anders als die bankbasierte Version, da es kein internes Regal gibt, das mit dem externen Markt konkurriert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-genuinely-open-architecture-looks-like-in-practice\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was eine wirklich offene Architektur in der Praxis ausmacht<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heute gibt es bei der F\u00fchrung eines unabh\u00e4ngigen Verm\u00f6gensverwaltungsunternehmens in der Schweiz einen operativen statt eines rhetorischen Unterschied. Keine interne Produktpalette. Keine einheitliche Sichtweise, an der man sich orientieren muss. Keine viertelj\u00e4hrliche Kampagne f\u00fcr ein bestimmtes strukturiertes Produkt. Jede L\u00f6sung wird rein nach Verdienst, marktumspannend und f\u00fcr jeden einzelnen Kunden ausgew\u00e4hlt. Das Gespr\u00e4ch mit dem Kunden beginnt mit seinen Bed\u00fcrfnissen und entwickelt sich nach au\u00dfen, anstatt von einer internen Produktliste auszugehen und r\u00fcckw\u00e4rts zu arbeiten, um diese zu rechtfertigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es stellt sich heraus, dass die bankbasierten RMs Recht hatten, wie gute Beratung aussehen sollte. Sie arbeiteten nur in einer Struktur, die eine konsistente Lieferung erschwerte. Der Wechsel von einem Modell zum anderen ist keine moralische Aussage. Es ist eine architektonische. <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/die-versteckten-fallen-der-grosbanken\/\">Auch kleine strukturelle Zw\u00e4nge innerhalb einer gro\u00dfen Institution<\/a> sich im Laufe der Zeit anh\u00e4ufen und Ergebnisse mehr gestalten, als jemand beabsichtigt hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die ehrliche Frage an jeden, der in einer bankbasierten Umgebung gearbeitet hat, ist, ob er diese L\u00fccke ebenfalls gesp\u00fcrt hat. Die meisten, die sich offen \u00e4u\u00dfern, werden sie erkennen. Die schwierigere Frage ist, was man dagegen tun kann, sowohl f\u00fcr Berater, die ihre eigene Zukunft bedenken, als auch f\u00fcr Klienten, die \u00fcberlegen, wo ihre Interessen am besten vertreten sind.
