Beat Schmid hat die Zahlen diese Woche auf Tippinpoint ver\u00f6ffentlicht, basierend auf dem neuen Jahresbericht des Ombudsmanns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Figur verdient Aufmerksamkeit, auch \u00fcber den unmittelbaren Nachrichtenzyklus hinaus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-the-data-in-short\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Daten, kurz gesagt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Jahr 2025 registrierte der Ombudsmann 168 schriftliche F\u00e4lle von bankseitigen Beschr\u00e4nkungen, verglichen mit 35 im Jahr 2019. Die meisten davon betreffen Konten, Zahlungen und Karten. Und wie Tippinpoint richtig bemerkt, ist die tats\u00e4chliche Zahl wahrscheinlich h\u00f6her. Die Beziehung zwischen Kunde und Bank hat sich ver\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jahrzehntelang war die Schweizer Bank die Eintrittspforte ins Finanzsystem. Heute ist sie zunehmend eine Gatekeeperin. Strengere Compliance, h\u00e4rtere grenz\u00fcberschreitende Regeln und die Integration von <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/credit-suisse-unabhangige-vermogensverwaltung\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"14263\">Credit Suisse<\/a> auf <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/vorschriften-finma-ubs\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"14267\">UBS <\/a>haben alle diese Rolle verst\u00e4rkt. Keine dieser Entwicklungen ist an sich falsch. Jede von ihnen hat einen guten Grund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aber zusammengenommen schaffen sie eine neue Realit\u00e4t. Ein <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/nein-sagen-konnen-im-vermogensmanagement\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"16620\">Kundenbeziehung ist keine Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit mehr<\/a>. Dies ist das Ergebnis einer Risikoanalyse, die jederzeit \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-three-observations-from-an-independent-perspective\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drei Beobachtungen aus unabh\u00e4ngiger Sicht<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zuerst einmal ist das Debanking selten auf einen einzigen Faktor zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren. Es ist normalerweise die Kombination aus Gerichtsstand, <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/krypto-wohlstandsgrenze\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"14744\">Verm\u00f6gensquelle<\/a>, gesch\u00e4ftliche T\u00e4tigkeit und Dokumentation. Kunden, die diese Kombination untersch\u00e4tzen, sind am st\u00e4rksten gef\u00e4hrdet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zweitens hat sich die Beweislast verschoben. Kunden m\u00fcssen heute ihre Situation proaktiver erl\u00e4utern als noch vor zehn Jahren. Stille wird oft als Risiko interpretiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drittens ist Redundanz wichtig. Eine einzige Bankbeziehung ist f\u00fcr Unternehmer, internationale Familien oder Kunden mit komplexeren Profilen keine stabile Konstellation mehr. Diversifikation ist nicht mehr nur ein Anlageprinzip.
