Dezember erhielt der Paradeplatz unerwarteten Besuch. Der Samichlaus beschloss, die Kinderverse f\u00fcr einen Moment beiseitezulegen und die Verm\u00f6gensverwaltung in Z\u00fcrich genauer unter die Lupe zu nehmen. Seine Mission blieb dieselbe: Lob verteilen, wo es verdient ist \u2013 und aufzeigen, wo eine kleine Korrektur helfen k\u00f6nnte. Mit seinem grossen Buch und dem schweren Sack neben sich \u2013 vielleicht gef\u00fcllt mit <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/diskrete-kundengeschenke-private-banking\/\">diskreten Kundengeschenken<\/a> \u2013 beobachtete er Banker und Verm\u00f6gensverwalter, die zu ihren Weihnachtseink\u00e4ufen eilten. \ud83c\udf81<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er begann mit den guten Nachrichten. Kleinere Privatbanken w\u00fcrden laut ihm mit echten Zuw\u00e4chsen vorangehen. Ihre gut ausgebildeten Relationship Manager verstehen die Bed\u00fcrfnisse unabh\u00e4ngiger Verm\u00f6gensverwalter besser denn je. Ohne erh\u00f6htes Risiko, aber mit viel Substanz werden sie zu st\u00e4rkeren Partnern f\u00fcr den unabh\u00e4ngigen Sektor. \ud83d\udc4d Die Bereiche hinter diesen T\u00fcren wurden in diesem Jahr eingestuft: <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/worte-vom-paradeplatz-best-eam-desks-switzerland-2025\/\">Die besten EAM-Schreibtische in der Schweiz<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Samichlaus bl\u00e4tterte um und l\u00e4chelte erneut. Immer mehr Private Banker wagen den Schritt in die unabh\u00e4ngige Verm\u00f6gensverwaltung. Das erfordert Mut, unternehmerischen Ehrgeiz und eine starke Kundenorientierung \u2013 doch der Lohn ist klar: eine bessere Ausrichtung der Interessen, mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t und die Genugtuung, etwas Eigenes aufzubauen. \ud83d\ude80 Wer sich fragt, ob es <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/zu-spat-fur-eine-unabhangige-vermogensverwaltung\/\">zu sp\u00e4t f\u00fcr die Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit ist<\/a> \u2013 hat in diesem Moment vielleicht etwas Ermutigung gefunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ebenso ermutigend fand er das wachsende Interesse junger Berufsleute. Statt einer von Tausenden in einem grossen Institut zu sein, sch\u00e4tzen sie die direkten Kundenbeziehungen, die breitere Verantwortung und den Unternehmergeist des unabh\u00e4ngigen Modells. F\u00fcr die Branche sind diese neuen Talente ein hervorragendes Zeichen. \ud83c\udf1f Und f\u00fcr manche f\u00fchrt der unabh\u00e4ngige Weg vielleicht eines Tages zur Leitung eines\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/einblicke-in-das-private-banking-eines-einzelnen-family-office\/\" target=\"_blank\">Single Family<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/einblicke-in-das-private-banking-eines-einzelnen-family-office\/\"> Office<\/a> oder st\u00e4rker spezialisierter Kundenstrukturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doch der Samichlaus zog auch die Augenbrauen hoch. Viele Banken bepreisen Beratungsmandate noch immer tiefer als Verm\u00f6gensverwaltungsmandate. Diese L\u00fccke ergibt wenig Sinn, denn eine vollst\u00e4ndige Verm\u00f6gensverwaltung schafft mehr Wert. \ud83d\udcb8 In anderen M\u00e4rkten wie den USA haben Ver\u00e4nderungen bei Preis- und Servicemodellen die Landschaft der Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit bereits ver\u00e4ndert \u2013 gut beschrieben in Diskussionen \u00fcber die <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/strategische-dynamik-unabhangige-vermogensverwaltung-us\/\">strategische Dynamik des unabh\u00e4ngigen US-Verm\u00f6gensverwaltungssektors<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Schnittstellen f\u00fcr Portfoliodaten unterscheiden sich noch immer von Bank zu Bank. Diese fehlende Standardisierung verursacht Reibung f\u00fcr unabh\u00e4ngige Verm\u00f6gensverwalter, die mit mehreren Instituten arbeiten. \ud83d\udda5\ufe0f Auch die administrativen Anforderungen steigen laufend. Kaum ist eine H\u00fcrde genommen, taucht die n\u00e4chste auf. \ud83d\udcd1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Samichlaus schloss das Buch und l\u00e4chelte erneut. Lob und Tadel hielten sich die Waage.
