In dieser neuen Landschaft werden kleinere, auf B2B ausgerichtete Banken immer attraktiver - nicht wegen der Markenbekanntheit, sondern weil sie dort liefern, wo es darauf ankommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch die Kundenbetreuer passen sich an. Statt das <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/rennpferde-networking-inspiration\/\">Image der Bank<\/a>\u00a0zu bewerben, konzentrieren sie sich heute darauf, unabh\u00e4ngigen Verm\u00f6gensverwaltern ein nahtloses und reaktionsschnelles Kundenerlebnis zu erm\u00f6glichen. Das heisst: Reibungsverluste beseitigen, das Onboarding beschleunigen und Probleme rasch l\u00f6sen \u2013 und dabei selbst im Hintergrund bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das ist keine Absage an die Marken der Depotbanken, sondern eine Neugewichtung der <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/sicherheit-schweiz-vermogen\/\">Priorit\u00e4ten<\/a>. Vertrauen wird heute durch Leistung, Reaktionsschnelligkeit und Partnerschaft verdient. Der Name am Geb\u00e4ude z\u00e4hlt weniger als die Menschen und Prozesse dahinter.
