Bevor eine sinnvolle Interaktion stattfindet, werden sie in vordefinierte Compliance-Kategorien eingeordnet. Der Mensch - das menschliche Wesen mit seinen Werten, seinem Kontext und seinen Absichten - bleibt dabei unsichtbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-same-pattern-is-visible-in-hr\">Das gleiche Muster ist in der Personalabteilung zu beobachten.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Automatisierte Filter lehnen Bewerbungen ohne die richtigen Schl\u00fcsselw\u00f6rter ab, unabh\u00e4ngig von Potenzial und Individualit\u00e4t. Niemand schaut sich die Person an - weil das System es nicht verlangt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-portfolio-management-often-follows-the-same-logic\">Das Portfoliomanagement folgt oft der gleichen Logik.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kunden werden in eines von mehreren Modellportfolios gef\u00fchrt - <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/swiss-independent-wealth-management-blog\/aktien-anleihen-kryptowahrungen-hedgefonds-commodities-vermogensverwaltung\/uberblick-uber-die-anlagestile\/\">konservativ, ausgewogen, dynamisch<\/a> - und da h\u00f6rt es dann auch schon auf. Ob ihre eigentlichen Ziele unterst\u00fctzt werden, ist zweitrangig. Strategien werden an Systemen ausgerichtet, nicht an Personen. Technologie simuliert Personalisierung - ohne Sinn zu vermitteln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-proper-wealth-management-starts-not-with-numbers-but-with-curiosity\">Richtiges Verm\u00f6gensmanagement beginnt nicht mit Zahlen, sondern mit Neugierde.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit Zuh\u00f6ren, mit dem Willen zu verstehen, mit dem Menschen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/kategorie\/technik-und-trends\/\">Technologie <\/a>unterst\u00fctzt. Aber sie kann die menschliche Verbindung nicht ersetzen.
