Kein Kontext. Nur eine Betreffzeile und f\u00fcnf Namen.<br><br>Sie \u00f6ffnen den Kalender. Das Zeitfenster? Technisch frei. Aber auch \u2026 irgendwie nicht.<br><br>Ein grauer Block mit dem Titel \u00abReservieren?\u00bb<br>Ein anderer mit \u00abProvisorisch \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/ferrari-in-mailand-porsche-in-zurich-vermogensverwaltung\/\">Z\u00fcrich<\/a>?\u00bb<br>Einer schlicht mit \u00abFokuszeit\u00bb betitelt \u2013 unangetastet seit <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/swiss-independent-wealth-management-blog\/vermogensverwaltungsseiten-inhaltsverzeichnis\/vermogensverwaltung-2022\/\">2022<\/a>.<br><br>Niemand lehnt die Einladung ab.<br>Und niemand sagt zu.<br>Ein stilles digitales Patt beginnt.<br><br>Bis Donnerstag ist der Termin verschoben.<br>Der Freitag ist \u00fcberbucht.<br>Dann landet er wieder am Montag um 08:00 Uhr.<br>Genau dort, wo alles begann.<br><br>\ud83d\uddb1\ufe0f Willkommen im geteilten Kalender im Jahr <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/swiss-independent-wealth-management-blog\/vermogensverwaltungsseiten-inhaltsverzeichnis\/vermogensverwaltung-2025\/\">2025<\/a>. Ein Raum, in dem Zeit strukturiert ist \u2013 und zugleich v\u00f6llig fliessend.<br><br>Meetings k\u00e4mpfen heute um Aufmerksamkeit. Fokus-Slots sind heilig \u2013 bis sie es nicht mehr sind. Das eigentliche Statussymbol ist nicht, besch\u00e4ftigt zu sein. Sondern geblockte Zeit zu haben \u2026 ohne dass jemand weiss, warum.<br><br>In der Verm\u00f6gensverwaltung, wo Aufmerksamkeit eine W\u00e4hrung ist, sollten geteilte Kalender die Zusammenarbeit vereinfachen. Doch irgendwann wurden sie zu weichem Terrain \u2013 offen f\u00fcr \u00c4nderungen, Interpretationen und passiven Widerstand.<br><br>Kommen noch Planungstools mit <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/tag\/artificial-intelligence\/\">KI <\/a>hinzu, f\u00fcllt sich Ihre Woche pl\u00f6tzlich elegant, unsichtbar \u2026 und v\u00f6llig an Ihrem Rhythmus vorbei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sunday-school-holiday-thought\">\ud83e\udde0 Sonntagsgedanke in den Schulferien:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erstens m\u00fcssen Sie nicht jedes freie Zeitfenster mit einem Meeting f\u00fcllen; zweitens m\u00fcssen Sie nicht jede Einladung annehmen; und schliesslich ist ein scheinbar freies Zeitfenster noch lange nicht wirklich frei. Vielleicht besteht der wahre Produktivit\u00e4tshack darin, sagen zu lernen: \u00abDaf\u00fcr braucht es kein Meeting.
