Schweizer Verm\u00f6gensverwalter: Ist dieses Format noch realistisch \u2013 oder ist es Zeit f\u00fcr k\u00fcrzere Einheiten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein kurzer Gedanke an meine Kolleginnen und Kollegen in der Schweizer Verm\u00f6gensverwaltung, besonders an jene, die regelm\u00e4ssig obligatorische Weiterbildungen besuchen. Seien wir ehrlich: Hilft uns eine vierst\u00fcndige Schulung, zumal an einem <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/black-friday-cyber-monday-in-sich-selbst-investieren-vermogensverwaltung\/\">Montag<\/a>, wirklich weiter?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Montage sind ohnehin schon \u00fcberladen. Die M\u00e4rkte \u00f6ffnen, Kunden-E-Mails stapeln sich, und Teammeetings l\u00e4uten die Woche ein. Und dann noch eine lange Schulung obendrauf? Nicht gerade ein Rezept f\u00fcr produktives Lernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-challenge-of-monday-sessions\">Die Herausforderung der Montagsschulungen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selbst mit den besten Referenten und den relevantesten Inhalten ist es schwierig, so lange konzentriert zu bleiben. Nach zwei Stunden checken die meisten von uns E-Mails oder denken an den n\u00e4chsten Anruf \u2013 und nehmen technische Details oder regulatorische Neuerungen nicht mehr auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es geht nicht darum, negativ zu sein. Die meisten von uns sch\u00e4tzen die <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/uae-mehr-als-ein-hype-vermogensverwaltung\/\">Weiterbildung<\/a>. Sie h\u00e4lt uns auf dem Laufenden und regelkonform. Aber vielleicht ist es Zeit, das Format zu \u00fcberdenken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rethinking-the-format-more-flexibility\">Das Format \u00fcberdenken: mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4ren zwei k\u00fcrzere Schulungssitzungen zur Regulierung - sagen wir 2\u00d72 Stunden - nicht effektiver? K\u00fcrzere Sitzungen geben uns Zeit zum Nachdenken, Verdauen und Anwenden des Materials. Ausserdem lassen sie sich leichter mit der tats\u00e4chlichen Kundenarbeit vereinbaren - dem Teil unserer Arbeit, der nie aufh\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und an alle, die diese Veranstaltungen organisieren: Wir sagen das mit gr\u00f6sstem Respekt. Wir wissen, wie viel Aufwand in der Planung steckt. Doch vielleicht k\u00f6nnte etwas mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t im Format diese Schulungen praxisn\u00e4her und weniger erm\u00fcdend machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was meinen Sie?
