{"id":13346,"date":"2025-05-06T09:27:14","date_gmt":"2025-05-06T07:27:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/?p=13346"},"modified":"2026-08-23T08:55:46","modified_gmt":"2026-08-23T06:55:46","slug":"custodian-banks-stars-or-dogs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/depotbanken-sterne-oder-hunde\/","title":{"rendered":"Depotbanken: Stars oder Poor Dogs?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als ich eine 15 Jahre alte Analyse zu den bevorzugten <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/was-banken-von-unabhangigen-vermogensverwaltern-lernen-konnen\/\">Depotbanken unabh\u00e4ngiger Verm\u00f6gensverwalter<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/die-tesla-revolution-im-privatkundengeschaft\/\">EAMs, FIMs<\/a>) erneut durchsah, war ich erstaunt, wie viel \u2013 und wie wenig \u2013 sich ver\u00e4ndert hat. Die urspr\u00fcnglichen Ergebnisse stammten aus einer <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/prasentationen-fur-hnwi-und-uhnwi\/\">PowerPoint-Pr\u00e4sentation<\/a> , tief in meinem Archiv vergraben. Die Neugier siegte, und ich verglich die Daten mit den heutigen Trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Das Ergebnis? Aufschlussreich.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Entwicklung der <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/\">Depotbanken<\/a> verl\u00e4uft selten dramatisch. Es ist eine <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/transaktionsbank-fur-unabhangige-vermogensverwalter\/\">schleichende Verschiebung<\/a> \u2013 in Echtzeit schwer zu erkennen, aber unverkennbar, wenn man die richtigen Momentaufnahmen vergleicht. Manche Banken steigen auf, andere stagnieren, einige verschwinden. So w\u00fcrde ich die aktuelle Landschaft beschreiben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-stars\">\ud83c\udf1f Stars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das sind jene <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/tag\/custodian-bank\/\">Banken <\/a>mit konstant hoher Leistung. Sie verbinden starke <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/swiss-independent-wealth-management-blog\/depotbanken-fur-unabhangige-vermogensverwalter-fim-eam\/neue-depotbanken-in-zurich-fur-eams\/\">Alleinstellungsmerkmale mit reibungslosen Prozessen<\/a> \u2013 und erleichtern unabh\u00e4ngigen Verm\u00f6gensverwaltern so das Leben. Stars setzen auf B2B-Beziehungen und verstehen die Bed\u00fcrfnisse von EAMs wirklich. Es geht nicht darum, klein oder ein Nischenanbieter zu sein \u2013 sondern um Haltung, Agilit\u00e4t und Umsetzung. Doch auch Stars k\u00f6nnen straucheln. Ich habe <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/komplexe-beziehung-zwischen-depotbanken-und-unabhangigen-vermogensverwaltern\/\">Banken <\/a>innerhalb weniger Jahre abst\u00fcrzen und dank entschlossener F\u00fchrung und neuem Fokus wieder aufsteigen sehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cash-cows\">\ud83d\udc04 Cash Cows<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die verl\u00e4sslichen Arbeitspferde. Diese Banken waren \u00fcber lange Zeit solide Partner. Doch Verl\u00e4sslichkeit allein garantiert keinen k\u00fcnftigen Erfolg \u2013 Innovation z\u00e4hlt. Schleicht sich Komplexit\u00e4t ein, stockt die Kommunikation oder macht sich Selbstzufriedenheit breit, schauen sich selbst treue Kunden anderswo um.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-question-marks\">\u2753 Question Marks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/schlusselfaktoren-bei-der-auswahl-einer-depotbank\/\">Banken<\/a> mit Potenzial, aber ohne klare Richtung. Sie haben oft <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/zivilisatorischer-niedergang-vermogensverwaltung\/\">gute Absichten <\/a>\u2013 scheitern aber an der Umsetzung oder an strategischer Klarheit. Mit dem richtigen Fokus und dem Bekenntnis zu dem, was sie auszeichnet, k\u00f6nnten einige Question Marks zu den Stars von morgen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dogs\">\ud83d\udc15 Poor Dogs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Banken, die sich nicht angepasst haben. Sie haben sich nicht <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/zuruckdrangen-der-depotbanken\/\">weiterentwickelt<\/a> \u2013 anders als die Erwartungen der unabh\u00e4ngigen Verm\u00f6gensverwalter. Als sich deren Bed\u00fcrfnisse \u00e4nderten, zogen diese weiter und liessen solche Banken zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-big-picture\">Das Gesamtbild<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stars m\u00fcssen wachsam bleiben, um<a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/depotbanken-und-vermogensverwalter\/\"> ihren Vorsprung<\/a>\u00a0zu halten. Cash Cows drohen zu Poor Dogs zu werden, wenn sie sich nicht weiterentwickeln. Und Question Marks?
