Ich denke noch immer an die Tage in Singapur zur\u00fcck, besonders an die Energie unter den unabh\u00e4ngigen Verm\u00f6gensverwaltern (IWM).<br><br>Ich weiss nicht, wie andere das sehen, aber die IWM in Singapur haben auf mich immer einen konzentrierten und ruhigen Eindruck gemacht. Vielleicht liegt es an den konstanten 30 Grad, dem verl\u00e4sslich guten Wetter (im Vergleich zur Schweiz) oder an der ruhigen Zuversicht eines Marktes, der Wachstum vor sich sieht.<br><br>Das ist mir aufgefallen:<br>\ud83d\udc49 Die IWM-Szene lebt \u2013 neue Akteure, neue Ideen, sp\u00fcrbare Bewegung.<br>\ud83d\udc49 Die Teams sind international, technikaffin und denken den Kundenservice neu: agil, digital und dennoch sehr pers\u00f6nlich.<br>\ud83d\udc49 Regulierung? Anspruchsvoll, aber pragmatisch. <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/swiss-eam-custody-wachstum-vs-marktanteil\/\">Die Beh\u00f6rden <\/a>wollen, dass der Sektor w\u00e4chst. Trotzdem wird auch hier das Korsett der <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/relationship-manager-compliance-vermogensverwaltung\/\">Compliance <\/a>enger.<br><br>Im Vergleich zur Schweiz?<br>Die Schweiz bleibt eine Referenz. Doch der Handlungsspielraum wird kleiner.<br>Singapur wirkt 2025 lockerer, flexibler und manchmal improvisiert \u2013 aber auf eine Weise, die Raum f\u00fcr Innovation schafft.<br><br>Und ein wesentlicher Unterschied: Die IWM in Singapur sprechen nicht nur \u00fcber \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/nachste-eam-generation\/\">NextGen<\/a>\u00bb \u2013 sie sind die NextGen: globaler, <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/von-grabern-zu-stiftungen\/\">unternehmerischer<\/a>\u00a0und mobiler.<br><br>Doch auch hier wird das Thema Nachfolge mit der Zeit aufkommen.<br><br>Und die Stimmung in Singapur 2025?<br>Es gibt Wettbewerb \u2013 aber er ist respektvoll. Alle scheinen zu wissen, dass der <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/wohlstand-verlagert-sich-in-die-grenzmarkte\/\">neue, verm\u00f6gensbildende<\/a> Markt in Asien gross genug ist, wenn man einen Mehrwert bietet.<br><br>In <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/scheideweg-fur-europa-innovation-oder-stagnation-in-der-vermogensverwaltung\/\">Europa<\/a>?
