Nicht Z\u00fcrich. Nicht Singapur."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wealth-is-no-longer-where-it-used-to-be\">Verm\u00f6gen ist nicht mehr dort, wo es einmal war.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Afrika und Asien w\u00e4chst eine neue Generation verm\u00f6gender Privatpersonen heran \u2013 schnell, agil und unternehmerisch. Ihr Kapital ist real, und ihr Erfolg ist messbar. Wenn sie jedoch versuchen, Zugang zum System der globalen Finanzpl\u00e4tze zu finden, stossen sie auf ein Hindernis: <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/zivilisatorischer-niedergang-vermogensverwaltung\/\">veraltete Compliance-Vorgaben<\/a>.<br><br>Die traditionellen KYC-Anforderungen beruhen auf westlichen Annahmen. Man denke an OECD-Steuerunterlagen, Adresspr\u00fcfungen nach FATF-Muster und jahrzehntelang gepr\u00fcfte Kapitalherkunft. Viele aufstrebende Unternehmer in Lagos, Nairobi oder Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt bewegen sich nicht in diesen Systemen.<br><br>Das liegt nicht daran, dass sie sich verstecken, sondern daran, dass die Verwaltungsinfrastruktur in ihrem Umfeld nie f\u00fcr eine solche Dokumentation ausgelegt war. Die Folge: Sie werden ausgeschlossen.<br><br>Westliche Banken z\u00f6gern, Schweizer Institute verlangen zus\u00e4tzliche Dokumente, und Singapur versch\u00e4rft seine Sorgfaltspr\u00fcfung. Der Zugang wird nicht wegen des Risikos verweigert, sondern weil \u00abanerkannte\u00bb Unterlagen fehlen.<br><br>Hier entsteht eine strukturelle L\u00fccke. Und jemand wird sie bald f\u00fcllen.<br><br>Der n\u00e4chste Finanzplatz wird nicht aussehen wie die <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/von-grabern-zu-stiftungen\/\">alten<\/a>. Er wird nicht auf Papierspuren und \u00fcberholter Zugangskontrolle beruhen. Stattdessen wird er digital, dezentral und kulturell n\u00e4her an neuen Kapitalquellen sein. Vertrauen wird nicht durch PDFs definiert, sondern durch Daten, Verhaltensmuster und transparente Eigent\u00fcmerstrukturen.<br><br>Compliance wird nicht verschwinden \u2013 sie wird sich weiterentwickeln. Wer jedoch auf alten Regelwerken beharrt, wird an Bedeutung verlieren.<br><br>Denn bei der Zukunft der Finanzpl\u00e4tze geht es nicht darum, <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/zivilisatorischer-niedergang-vermogensverwaltung\/\">alte Regeln durchzusetzen<\/a>.<br>Es geht darum, neuen Zugang zu erm\u00f6glichen.<br><br>Wo sehen Sie den <a href=\"https:\/\/vapa.ch\/de\/wohlstand-verlagert-sich-in-die-grenzmarkte\/\">n\u00e4chsten globalen Finanzplatz<\/a> entstehen?<br>Lassen Sie uns unsere Annahmen herausfordern.
